class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>TRACEPIGEN projekat se bavi jednim od najzna\u010dajnijih problema u le\u010denju karcinoma koji se odnosi na pojavu rezistencije na sistemsku terapiju. Ovaj projekat se bavi ispitivanjima cirkuli\u0161u\u0107ih tumorskih DNK (cfDNK) i promene njihovih geneti\u010dkih i epigeneti\u010dkih profila u odgovoru na sistemsku terapiju u karcinomima plu\u0107a i kolorektuma a u cilju pronala\u017eenja potencijalnih prognosti\u010dkih i dijagnosti\u010dkih biomarkera koji \u0107e nam omogu\u0107iti dinami\u010dko pra\u0107enje toka i progresije bolesti. Radi\u0107emo i na razvijanju metoda koje omogu\u0107avaju pouzdanu identifikaciju ovih biomarkera \u0161to bi doprinelo pravovremenoj detekciji pojave rezistencije na primenjenu terapiju. Ovaj projekat okuplja grupu mladih istra\u017eiva\u010da koji \u0107e zajedni\u010dkim radom doprineti uvo\u0111enju novog polja ispitivanja epigenomike i bioinformatike karcinoma u Srbiji \u0161to \u0107e doprineti boljem pozicioniranju na\u0161e zemlje na nau\u010dnoj mapi Evrope i sveta.
